Welcome, I am a therapist with a strong systems background. I do not believe people exist in a bubble. We effect our environment, just as our environments effect each of us. The therapy techniques most used as a lens in my practice are structural, and narrative family therapy. I work with individuals, couples and families.
My areas of clinical interest include, anxiety and depression, maternal mental health including postpartum depression, non traditional family structures, infertility, financial therapy, transitional life events and parenting skills. I also lead group therapy using role playing games for therapeutic work using geek culture to connect with clients.
I received my bachelors degree in personal financial planning from Kansas State University in 2006, and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2013 from Mercer University, School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA. My clinical supervisor is Dr. Jenn Matheson, PhD, LMFT Longmont, CO.
